Privatize the bastide
In the heart of the vineyard stands a completely renovated bastide of 500 m2; including five double rooms, one single room and a large dormitory room with eight beds for children and teenagers. Ideal for large families looking for privacy and authenticity, the house also has a large professional kitchen and large living areas facing the Sainte-Victoire. Outside, you will also find a 25-meter long swimming pool with a 100m2 pool house complete with kitchen, barbecue and outdoor shower.
The house is equipped with an ecological air conditioning system that allows the villa to maintain a temperature between 20°C and 24°C even when it is over 35°C outside thanks to cold water pipes located under the ground.
A parking facility that can accommodate 8 cars is available behind the bastide. In order to preserve the estate and ensure its security, a guardian is present on site in an independent house of 120m2.

Nous avons déjà une production d’huile d’olive avec le Moulin de Laval à Cadenet (Médailles d’Or). Notre huile d’olive est en AOC Provence et nous lançons une production de grenade pour l’huile de pépin à destination de l’industrie cosmétique et le jus de grenade pour le restaurant du futur chai.
L’huile d’olive que nous vous proposons est issue de la production de ces magnifiques arbres des champs. Une robe dorée, un arôme enchanteur et une saveur exquise donnent à l’huile de Saint-Médard une richesse qui séduira à coup sûr vos papilles.
