An exceptional vineyard
Located in the heart of true Provence, in the Luberon, the Saint Médard wine estate is a preserved and authentic vineyard where nature is the most precious. Concerned about the environment, the Domaine Saint Médard cultivates its vines in a reasoned way and offers quality rosé and white wines.
A marvellous domain
The typically Provencal bastide is located in the heart of the vineyard in the commune of La Tour d’Aigues, 25 minutes from Aix-en-Provence. It is surrounded by more than 30 hectares of vegetation (vineyards, olive trees, pine and oak forests, almond trees…).
The Luberon is a massif in central Provence in Southern France. It has a maximum elevation of 1,256 metres (4,121 ft) and an area of about 600 square kilometres (230 sq mi). It is composed of three mountain ranges (from west to east): the Lesser Luberon (Petit Luberon), the Greater Luberon (Grand Luberon) and the Eastern Luberon (Luberon oriental). The valleys north and south of them contain a number of towns and villages as well as agricultural land; the northern part is marked by the Calavon, while the southern part is characterised by the Durance.
The AOC Provence olive oil of Saint Médard estate is produced by the Moulin de Laval in Cadenet (gold medal).
Pomegranate trees will soon be installed on the estate to produce seed oil for the cosmetics industry and pomegranate juice for the restaurant of the future winery.
Our olive oil
The olive oil that we offer is from the production of these magnificent trees of the field. A golden robe, an enchanting perfume and an exquisite flavor give the Saint-Médard oil a richness that will seduce your taste buds for sure.
